Since its announcement in February 2019, "Hollow Knight: Silksong" has faced multiple delays, leaving players disappointed. However, there is finally some new activity as the Steam database has been updated.
According to data from Steamdb, the long-awaited sequel has recently updated its copyright year from 2019 to 2025 and added support for the GeForce NOW cloud gaming platform. Additionally, foreign media sources reported that renowned Spanish leaker eXtas1s disclosed that "Hollow Knight: Silksong" is scheduled to launch on Xbox Game Pass no later than June 2025.
In addition, the official Xbox blog recently mentioned that "Silksong" is listed as one of the "upcoming games" in their 2025 release schedule.
Although these updates haven't been officially confirmed by the "Silksong" team, the recent flurry of activity has certainly excited and intrigued the player community.
